WrestlingAbout the Author
As the mother of a high school wrestler, I was frustrated with my son not wanting to eat as a way of maintaining his weight. Brief conversations suggested that the other wrestlers' parents were having the same problem! So, I spent my son's sophomore year putting together a cookbook from recipes that I had collected over time. That same wrestler is now in college and taking Brazilian jiu-jitsu for fun - with a keen interest in staying healthy. Nicole Chambers lives in the Chesapeake Bay area of rural Virginia with her husband, Skip and little Papillon "Scooter".
